“I believe in treating the person, not just the pelvic floor. All bodies have a story to tell, whatever our life phase. We may hold birth scars, prolapses, or experience bladder and bowel leakage that takes us by surprise. Sex can become uncomfortable or less enjoyable, or menopause symptoms may put us in a spin.

There is help for all these things… and this is my passion.”

With over 23 years of experience, I use a whole‑body, systems‑based approach to pelvic health. Over the years, I’ve supported many women and men to overcome pelvic health issues and rediscover confidence, strength, and happiness in their daily lives.

My work is grounded in compassion, evidence‑based practice, and a genuine belief that everyone deserves to feel at home in their body.

Sharing Knowledge and Building Community

I’ve enjoyed hosting and presenting menopause and childbearing wellness workshops in my community, as well as delivering online talks to GPs and other healthcare providers.

Education is a core part of my mission — helping people understand their pelvic health, ask the right questions, and live the life they want to live, the way they want to live it.
