Specialist pelvic health physiotherapy for every stage of womanhood
Compassionate, whole‑body support for pregnancy, postnatal recovery, menopause, and pelvic floor conditions
Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
Pelvic Wellness is led by Katy Winters, a specialist pelvic health physiotherapist with extensive postgraduate training and years of clinical experience.
Katy’s approach is warm, empowering, and evidence‑based — treating the whole person, not just the pelvic floor.
Katy qualified from Nottingham University in 2000. Since then, she has gained extensive experience in both the NHS and private sectors, whilst acquiring a wealth of specialist post-graduate training to add to her broad skillset.
